Bus Collection

The free bus to the terminal departs from the collection points at least every 30 minutes. Please note there is no service between 1.45am and 2.15am.

Collection points:

• Park and Ride: Bus stop is located outside the car park on Ron Guthrey Road.
• Terminal: Bus and coach area behind Novotel.
• Please note there is one additional stop en-route.  
   

The bus features dedicated mobility seating and can kneel on request.

Your Guide to Ticketless Parking

We’re ticketless across our five car parks. Entering and exiting the car park is seamless as your licence plate now becomes your ticket. Simply drive up to the barrier, it will raise and you’re good to go!

When it’s time for you to exit, we offer a range of easy payment options, you can tap to pay at exit or pay by entering your licence plate at a payment machine. Paying via QR code is coming soon. If you have pre-booked online you can drive straight to the exit and the barrier will rise to let you out.

Pay by QR code – COMING SOON

Scan the QR code to pay quickly. Use your phone’s camera or QR scanner, and have your licence plate and payment card ready. Once paid, drive to the exit barrier.

Drive to the barrier to exit.

Please note:

- There are no transaction fees.
- Eftpos is only available at payment machines at Express, Short Stay and Long Stay.
- All payment options can provide a GST receipt on request.

When exiting the car park, if you have any issues with the barrier arm not raising, then please push the HELP button for assistance.

Deal conditions

• Valid for bookings in Park and Ride
• 50% saving based on the lowest drive-up gate price for 1 day stay when booked at least 21 days in advance
• A maximum of 10% of online capacity for this car park will be available at this rate
• The daily rate will be charged for every 24 hours or part thereof
• Subject to availability and terms and conditions.
