We'll provide you with a reference number, then you or the person collecting on your behalf will need to present this, along with photo ID, to claim your item. 

If you're unable to collect your item, you can send us a pre-paid, self-addressed courier bag, or alternatively you can contact courier company Pack & Send on +64 3 982 7250 or riccarton@packsend.co.nz and provide them with your reference number so they can collect the item for you.
