Flights are expected to be available to book later this year. The service is subject to regulatory and airport approvals.
Singapore service confirmed year round:

The first flight departed Christchurch on 28 October, marking the return of wide body flying between the two cities after six years. The year round service gives South Islanders a direct connection to Singapore throughout the year, with further connections available through the city’s Changi Airport. It also makes it easier for international visitors to reach the South Island. The service complements Air New Zealand’s long standing alliance with Singapore Airlines.
Bali and Singapore add to the growing range of international connections from Christchurch, alongside Air New Zealand’s planned seasonal services to Tokyo Narita and Perth.
