Working around the clock on a 24/7 roster, the team is the engine behind day-to-day terminal operations. From answering questions and giving directions to conducting terminal checks, responding to emergencies, and supporting terminal partners, they are always close by, ready to help.
Beyond the terminal walls, they oversee all landside parking areas, support customers at barrier arms and payment machines, and ensure ground transport operators meet compliance requirements. You’ll also find them managing traffic flow across the airport campus and stepping in during emergency events with calm professionalism.
