The Trade and Service Precinct will be the first stage of Harvard Park.  Australian hardware retailer Bunnings anchors the development. The Bunnings store will be one of the largest hardware stores in New Zealand covering approximately 13,400m².

There are currently large and small retail leasing opportunities available .  Stage One will provide 4,000m² of retail space with units ranging from 345m² - 751m² available to lease from late 2019.
