Christchurch Airport is required to publically disclose
information about its operations, financials and price setting.
Here you will find and can view all the Annual Reports and
relevant documents relating to financial reporting.
CIAL has a 30 June balance date and reports to its
shareholders twice yearly with an Interim Report for the six months
ended 31 December and an Annual Report for the year ended 30
June.
The annual report and disclosure statements are available as

Christchurch International Airport has registered a Prospectus
for the offer of NZ$ Fixed Rate Bonds. This Prospectus is available
