Carparking Improvements

Improvements to the carparking areas are almost complete.  See below to find out what changes have already happened, and what changes are to come.

What’s been happening?

The terminal development project has already introduced some improvements to the parking areas at the airport, which include:

• An undercover pick up and drop off zone created on the ground floor of the Multi-level Carpark Building
• FREE parking to those who use the Short Term Carpark for less than 30 minutes
• FREE 15 minutes parking now available in all other Carparks
• New covered walkways have been installed through the Short Term Carpark and around the construction site hoarding
• The Long Term Car Park has been resealed making easier for pushing trolleys

Upcoming developments:

Once the terminal development project is complete the carparking areas will feature:

• An increase in the total number of car parks by 40%
• A pedestrian plaza linking the Multi-level Carpark Building and terminal
